Your package shipment

Shipping fees charged at the moment of purchase are an estimate and vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. Shipments outside the USA more than likely will experience additional shipping charges so we recommend our customers to contact us before finalize the purchase to check for shipping fees.

We will try to group orders placed to help buyers to save on shipping and handling fees. Additional shipping fees may apply after final purchase due the size of the final packages. Due the nature of the dimensions of some products such as Kuwa, Nunti Bo, Tinbe, etc. it may require special packaging and handling which will mandate additional fees. Customers will receive a notification of the additional charge before the shipping of the product(s).

PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK: If the products ordered are not in stock at the moment of the purchase, since all our products are custom made and due to a high demand of our products please note that our current estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 weeks but we will try to deliver the products before that time. We will notify you when the items will be ready for shipping.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA: When the products ordered are in stock packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. All UPS shipments include a standard $100.00 insurance if package gets damaged. If you want to have a higher insurance coverage please contact us before shipment to rise the value. Additional UPS shipping fees will apply to shipment.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA: When the products ordered are in stock, packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS (Unites States Postal Service) with tracking meanwhile the package is within the USA and drop-off at destination without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
