Purchaser Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the laws of their respective State (within the USA) or country of residence to verify that the martial arts equipment ordered is legal to be purchased and shipped to them. If the martial arts equipment purchased does not reach their destination due to legal constrictions Bushikan Budo Kyokai and Bushikan Store are not responsible or legal bonded to reimburse the purchaser.
Some States within the USA and some countries consider that some kobudo weapons to be illegal to have so their purchase can be illegal.
Privacy Policy
Bushikan Budo Kyokai and Bushikan Store value your privacy. Under no circumstances will we ever sell or share your information to a third party.
Cancellations Policy
Since all our Bushikan Budo Kyokai and Bushikan Store products are custom made cancellations of orders after 48 hours of being placed are final so refunds are not offered.
